WHAT IT IS

The "Platform Frame" system is typical of American wooden homes. The frame, with exterior and interior panels, is assembled at the factory, reducing on-site construction time. Foundations are generally made with reinforced concrete slabs, onto which the main beams, typically made of Nordic larch, are anchored with threaded rods and SKR screws.
Interior and exterior walls are attached to the main beams with VHT brackets and stitching screws spaced every 25 cm. Exterior walls are then clad with a thermal insulation layer and plaster.

ADVANTAGES OF AN ECO-FRIENDLY HOME

Savings and benefits of an Energy Class A home

The energy class of a home is a measure of annual fuel consumption per square meter. Energy Class A homes consume up to five times less energy than those in Class F (which includes about 90% of homes in Italy). Class A homes experience fewer temperature fluctuations, drafts, humidity, and condensation. Additionally, these homes offer tax benefits and have a higher market value compared to traditional homes.
