Reliable costs and timelines for a comfortable environment
HIGH THERMAL COMFORT
In our home construction, we use natural insulating materials (rock wool, wood fiber, hemp, and cork) that greatly enhance thermal comfort.
Wood, used in home construction, is already an excellent thermal insulator, with a much lower conductivity coefficient than concrete, steel, or bricks. Wood’s thermal resistance is 300-400 times greater than steel and 7-10 times greater than concrete.
The mass of insulating materials and their spring-like properties provide excellent sound insulation. All calculations are performed with appropriate software to ensure optimal layering for opaque walls. The energy class of a wooden house is consistently very high. Lower energy use for winter heating results in heating savings of 80-90% compared to homes built with other materials.
REDUCED CONSTRUCTION TIME
We start with an integrated design under the "Sistema EdilBioCasa", involving technicians and installers in the planning stages. This drastically shortens on-site construction time. Within a few months, your home becomes a reality. The production phase takes place with precision cutting machinery in the factory, where walls are pre-assembled and thoroughly inspected. Transport to the site is done with crane-equipped trucks for installation.
FIXED CONSTRUCTION COSTS
Detailed preliminary planning and a short on-site phase ensure fixed costs with no surprises during the project. The contract established with our sales office will detail all your choices, including specifications for products and technical details.
